The Times Future of Maternity Awards recognise organisations, professionals and initiatives contributing to maternity, maternal and connected healthcare.

The South Edition Awards include categories covering areas such as maternal-health innovation, maternity hospitals, fertility and reproductive medicine, high-risk pregnancy care, maternal and child healthcare financing and other areas of the maternity ecosystem.

General Eligibility Criteria

General eligibility criteria for the Times Future of Maternity Awards South Edition 2026
The applying entity (hospital, company, start-up, or organisation) must be legally incorporated and operational for a minimum of 5 years as of July 31, 2026.
The applying entity must have its registered office or an operational presence in South India, and the nominated work must relate to operations or impact delivered in South India.
Valid registration certificates, licences, and applicable statutory compliance documents must be submitted at the time of nomination.
The product, service, programme, or innovation being submitted must have been launched, implemented, or commercially deployed between June 01, 2024 and July 31, 2026.
For individual-based categories, the nominee must be a practising professional in the maternal, newborn, child healthcare or related ecosystem, with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the relevant field, as of July 31, 2026.
The innovation must be live and operational. Pilot-only concepts without deployment are not eligible unless specifically permitted under the relevant category.
The nomination must be submitted under the category most relevant to the applying entity, individual, initiative, or innovation, and must meet the category-specific eligibility requirements.
All information submitted must be accurate, verifiable, and supported by relevant documentation. The Awards Management may seek additional information for eligibility verification.

Note: The eligibility criteria outlined above are indicative in nature. Detailed category-specific eligibility requirements will be developed and shared once the final award category architecture is agreed upon.

Winners are announced at the Times Future of Maternity Awards - South Edition 2026 in Bengaluru.
